Size of kitchen scraps

Ok, have learned so much about feeding chickens but wondering whether everything should be chopped up,, chunked up, or in large pieces? I know celery should be chopped. . .but what else?

I don't chop anything up for them - they're pretty good and tearing it up themselves.

I agree with HEChicken - plus it's very entertaining watching one run with something big in their beak and the others in hot pursuit!
