Sizzles, but are they hens...?

These sizzles are ~6 months old and not laying yet. The black one, Isis, has a comb, but I have no idea if "she" is a she. The gray one, Phoebe, doesn't really have a comb, just a bump. Can anyone help me tell if they are female??

Going with their body shape and comb, I'm going to say that both are pullets. If one was going to be a rooster, it would be the blue one.
