On Friday we butchered our 10 x's. They were about 10 weeks old and after cleaning weighed in at a nice 5 lbs.
One thing we noticed is that some of the birds had a brighter colored (yellow almost) skin and some were a lighter color. Did I cook them a bit long in the scalding water or is it just natural?
