Not sure what type of chicken- about 9 weeks old. Seems normal physically, seen some liquid poop. This condition is between its wings, above the tail, and not visible unless wings are open. First time chicken owners. Cross-beak, but eating and drinking fine. Any ideas?

She is being feather picked and has blue feather shafts present where new feathers are growing in. What are you Feeding? Do they get outside to roam around? How much room do they have? I would look her over for lice or mites and their eggs.
