No lice, just kinda scab-like. Also, missing the down around his eye. The other eye looks normal. He/she is the friendliest of the 15 chicks I have. Always 1st to run up to check things out.

She doesn't look too good.
Is she eating well?
I'm not sure what that stuff could be. Hopefully someone else comes along and has a better idea.
I am sorry.

He/she eats like a pig, and is a real hell raiser. Challenges the other chicks on a regular basis. It is a frizzle bantam so the feathers looking disheveled is the look.

Oh ok. I am not familiar with this type.
Could this stuff just be the tape glue wearing off?
Was the tape on her eye too?

I washed hin/her off initially but it seems like the skin formed a scab-like crust. I believe the tape also git stuck around the eye too.

Have you tried washing it off again? Or maybe put some coconut oil on it?
I have no idea.
