skinny chicken

This sounds very similar to my girl now and I'm at a loss of what to do. We are starting week 2 and her bum looks ucky. I've cut feathers away to keep it clean but each day is hard dried pasty looking poop on her bum. Swamperk did u ever think she was egg bound or have fluid in her?

i started out with 10 hen chicks and 5 roosters,i still have the 5 roosters which are 9 months old,the hens started dieing off one by one,i have two left,one of the hens will die because she is very thin also,the other hen is heathly,all my other chickens are healthy also,cannot figure this out,the one i cut open is the first one i did,when the hen dies i will cut her open to see if it the same as the one i just lost,i just dont have a answer for this
