Skinny Chickens

For some reason my mixed breed egg laying flock is skinny. I can feel the breast bone sticking out on every bird. My serama breeding harems and other breeding trios and pairs are all plump. They have been wormed recently and they all eat and get leftover scraps twice a week (broccoli, lettuce, etc.) There are no other symptoms and they love to free range. What can I feed them to fatten them up?

It may be the summer heat that is causing them not to eat enough and they are losing weight, as you say there is no other symptoms. I think my girls are a bit thinner because of the heat. Sunflower chips are fattening, peanuts, any nuts. Pasta is fattening. I wouldn't go overboard with the oily seeds, but if you want to plump them up a bit, these things probably won't hurt and they will love them!
