Skinny Cochin Pullet

I didn't really realize it because she is so fluffy, but when checking in the birds to the poultry portion of the fair, the inspector mentioned that she was quite thin and suggested she might have worms. I've gone out and bought the dewormer, but I'd like some suggestions on how to put some weight on this little lady.
