Skinny hen, swollen chest

I have a one year old black sex-link hen, about a week ago I noticed a problem.

1. She has a very swollen crop. I can feel the objects (grain) inside it.
2. She is extremely skinny.
3. A lot of feathers have been picked off her breast. (Not sure if this is related to symptoms #1 and #2).

Other than that she seems normal. She free ranges and appears to have a healthy appetite.

I am just wondering if she's having a problem getting food from crop to stomach. Or is there some other possible explanation of these symptoms?

She could have impacted or sour crop. Check to see if the crop is empty in the morning and full at night, as it should be. There are some threads on the FAQ page telling about approaches to these problems.
