It's unlikely you'll see worms in poop after worming. Most of the time the worms are absorbed as protein in the digestive tract.
Do you have any feather pickers? You'll have to observe them to find out if there's any feather picking going on. You can put blinders/peepers on the pickers and that will put a stop to the picking.
Put Nu-Stock on Big Red's rear end. It will heal the area and prevent picking once a hen gets a mouthful of that stuff. It can be found in the equine section at a feed store. Shake the tube well and wear disposable gloves when applying it.
