Hey yall!

I have two skittish 3mo EE pullets that keep running into the hardware cloth on their run when startled. It’s just those two, none of the other birds with them have any signs of injury. They are in the bantam coop right now until they’re older, so no bullying.

I know these scrapes are pretty minor, but will they be ok with no intervention? They’re eating and thinking just fine.

First 2 pics are of Beyoncé and the third is Solange.

It sounds like they are running into the hardware cloth metal after being chased. Do you have a rooster? Do they have anough room, or get outside to free range?
No roo. Yep, the run is big enough, especially considering it’s the two EE pullets and 3 d’Uccles that are less than half their size.
