Skreechy voice in 8 week olds

I have two birds that have very sratchy voices, its not like a crow its when I pick them up, when they get picked on, etc. No one else has this voice but these two, so should I be thinking roo or should I just treat them like the girls with the annoying laugh?

It's perfectly normal. Think of it as "chicken puberty." All of our pullets went through this stage. One sounded like an old smoker

. Now if they start crowing, that's another story.
