Bill followed the other two horses into the valley he pricked his ears looking around. the place was probably the prettiest he had ever seen. no wonder they were obsesivly protecting it. it had a water fall, thick lush grass, wild flowers, a stand of weeping willow and apple trees, a perfect clear pool in the middle, high smooth cliff walls a perfect blue sky above, songbirds singing. he just noticed shadowflax's rump disappearing into the trees. she moved with evortless grace. he sighed. he walked over to the pond to drink he hadn't done so in days. the water was cold and clear and flowed coming in fresh from the waterfall.

"stay here" he told sun "ok" she said she walked to the water tentivlt. Rocket followed her. "shadow come back please!" he pleaded

SilverSun trotted up to the stream, her gait practicley perfect. She stopped just in time to lower her beautifully concave head, and drink some water. Her coat of pure white dazzled like a diamond in the sunlight, her veil like mane and fore-lock covering her face.

Eric suckled greedily, milk droplets running along his whiskers and falling to the ground.

Sprite took Eric to a pond. " This, Eric is a pond. It's full of water, which is good to drink when you are bigger" she said softlly.

Eric cantered at it, got in up to his knees, and promptly tangled his legs and fell face first. Sprite could not contain her laugh after she checked if he was okay. Eric got up and snorted, glaring at the water and dipping his nose in his reflection. His fuzzy tail whipped back and forth at this new excitement.
