Yang shrugged. "Permission granted. Follow me," she called over her shoulder, walking down the hill and leading Gomez into the woods.

He followed her on silent feet.

It was nearly impossible to see her; the trees were thick and the dark mare was cast into shadow. After many twists and turns, the two arrived in a clearing. There still wasn't much sunlight, though; the break in the trees was almost completely shadowed over by the far-spreading crowns of the massive oak trees that stood around the clearing in a ring.

The group of horses grew closer. If one looked closely, one could see that it consisted of only four horses, four weak males.

I dunno! Ariel does love Apollo, but she thinks he hates her now. So............I dunno. Make him chase her?
