Suddenly, Juniper noticed him. Instead of letting out a whinny she swiveled her head around towards him and perked her ears. The other two mares did the same.

The stallion smiled, and then went on his way. Vega came to graze a bit closer to them, along with her foal, Yuvonno. The little colt pranced over to Pride, playfully rearing up in front of him. "Hi!"

Pride's face grew into a great, wide smile "Hello! Who are you?" he asked with a buck of his back legs.

Awentia trotted over to Yuvonno and Pride, smiling happily. "Hiya!" She said, skidding to a halt next to them. "Can I play with you?"

"Wuvonno!" he cheered, rearing up once more.

Awentia trotted over to Yuvonno and Pride, smiling happily. "Hiya!" She said, skidding to a halt next to them. "Can I play with you?"

Yuvonno swilled around on his hindlegs, facing Awentia. "Yeah! Let's play!"

Awentia giggled, showing off all her teeth as she did so. She cantered around the two colts, flicking her tail side to side. "What should we play?"
