Slate Colored Hopefully Hen?

Not sure if this is pullet or cockerel, or breed. Any ideas? Thank you!

A picture closer up of the face would help, but it looks like a pullet to me, from what I can see. As for breed, It looks like it's that color all over, so I'm at a loss.

Blue Andalusian have white earlobes.

The OP bird actually looks like a blue sumatra hen to me
