Sleepy chick

Spice, our baby chick born yesterday at 3:06pm, was brought out of the incubator this morning to the brooder at 5:30am. When observing her/him, she/he drank water maybe once or twice correctly, and then maybe three times fell into the water dish with her body, not her head. She/he managed to keep his/her head out of the water. When soaked, she/he took refuge under the brooder plate to warm up. This last time I witnessed her taking a bath, she/he is now very lethargic under the brooder plate and wet. Her/his eyes are closed. I have not been able to get food or water down her/him for the past 45 minutes. Should I be worried?
