Sleepy chicken/weird poop

Hello. I have an English Lavender Orpington lady, 10 months old, who keeps falling asleep out in the yard while everyone else scratches around. She has not started laying yet, but it is winter. We just noticed her sleepiness a few days ago. Have seen her eating and drinking. Everything else looks normal except her poo. Any help or ideas would be appreciated!

What is your location? She looks like she doesn’t feel well. Her poop looks green and runny which could be from not eating enough, and possibly an infection. I would check her all over, looking for any enlargement of her lower belly between her legs. Feel of her crop to see if it is empty, full, hard, puffy, or doughy. Look for lice or mites on her body and under her vent. Try to get her drinking fluids, and offer some cooked egg and wet chicken feed. I would be tempted to worm her, and either treat her with Corid for possible coccidiosis or an antibiotic for a reproductive infection. A vet visit would be the best option.
