sleepy chicks

We have 3 day old chicks in the brooder in the kitchen and they are SO SLEEPY. I'm sure it was a huge ordeal being shipped to Alaska, but we've raised chicks in the kitchen several times before and they've never been as sleepy as these girls. They've eaten some scrambled eggs and some greens, but they don't seem at all interested in their feed (organic). They're sleeping at least 20 hours/day. Should we be worried?

Every once in a while you get A chick like that. I have a video of one, lets see if I can get it on...

Check your temp. WHen it's too cold, mine got sleepy.
