Sleepy Puffed up Sick hen; odd poop-still standing

Update; she has been fine integrated with the flock; I went away for Easter and on my return I noticed her bottom was "droopy" ....I palpated her bottom and I feel at least two distinct masses (although they feel a bit mushy)...I didn't want to squeeze too hard.....I will be reading up on egg binding....any suggestions would be appreciated ---she is still pooping and when she hurries(almost run) her legs spraddle a bit much like a baby with a full diaper or a poor pullet full of eggs......Thanks in advance for your help

Last thread post; Sadly she continued to be uncomfortable with a swollen bottom soiled with stool; presuming she was an internal layer and no longer with us.
