Sleeve boning quail?

Anyone know how it's done or where you might buy the equipment to do it? Have done the semi boneless thing but not sure how you'd do the sleeve boneing..

I have read that it involves removing all bones except wing and lower leg,now tell me what you would use to do that.

Nope ,it has to be some sort of commercial equipment that does the job,All I can find are some large breeders are selling quail this way to restrants and stores..
Says the quail are whole minus the bones.
