Sliced Lunchmeat

    Possibly a stupid question, but here goes- how do I go from a chicken to sliced, deli-style lunchmeat? Seems logical that you could debone the chicken, run the meat through a grinder, shape into a loaf pan, bake, then slice thin. I can't imagine that's all there is to it though. Has anyone made "deli meat?" How did you do it?
