It says no fowl within city limits, but then goes on to discuss the care and keeping of birds (cage dimensions and whatnot). Nowhere did I find anything about a specific number of birds, as the newspaper article indicated.

Did they say if you live in an unincorporated area, that you can have chickens?

This is an old post but reaching out if you have tried to petition the council on amending. I too live in city limits and find it crazy we have less rights than all our surrounding cities, and the reason I got from a councilman was "egg prices will go down, stop worrying."
