Slightly Swollen eye

One of my chickens eye appears to be mildly swollen. She is acting a little slower but I think she is still drinking and eating. There is nothing coming out of her nose or anything like that. Is it just an infection? What should I put on it?

It's possible she may have been pecked near her eye by another bird or might have debris in her eye.
I recommend that you thoroughly flush her eye with saline solution, gently pat dry and apply Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin in her eye and watch for improvement for the next several days.
