Sloppy drinkers?

I am planning on installing a nipple waterer inside my coop. Unless my nipples leak is there much chance of having wet bedding under the assembly? Do the birds pretty much get all the water that comes out or is it like my kids drinking out of the garden hose...water everywhere?

The chickens will get the hang of it and unless they are leaky, you should be find.

If the water pressure is to great. Or if the height or the drinkers to low there will be some water wasteage when the birds drink. Of course the lower the birds per nipple ratio is the less wasteage there will be under these circumstances.
