I have 7 hens that are year old I’ve been 7 eggs a day now fir the past 3 weeks they’ve slowed 3 sometime just 2 any clue what might be wrong?

It is normal for egg production to go up and down, and even quit for a while. Many factors will affect egg production.

Yep, production sure can vary.
Here's some things to consider:
Any changes to coop, flock, feed lately?
Changes can be stressful and suppress laying.
Do you free range?
They may be laying out in range area.
Any possible predator attacks or attempts?
You may be unaware that something tried to 'get them'.
Do you have a rooster in your flock?
They can get quite amorous in the spring and that can cause some stress.
Did you use supplemental lighting over the winter?
And if you did how did you manage them amount of light.
