Slow growing chicks

Is there a reason that my SLW is growing slower than my other birds? She’s about 1/4 smaller than my Olive egger, Easter egger and Sapphire Gem and Buff Orpington. She’s bigger than my bantam Silkie however. Thoughts? She also has next to no tail.

Is she gaining?
You may want to weigh her and track the weight. Some birds can be slow, it's hard to compare them to other breeds.

Our SLW is also the tiniest chick compared to our OE, CCL, Welsummer and speckled Sussex. They are 6 weeks now. She seems healthy otherwise.

I would make sure to give her lots of probiotics and electrolytes. Also make sure that she has enough calcium! Hope this helped, -Lauren
