Ok...I'm on it. 12x12 fits the largest (by weight) USPS priority box. I top out at around 80 coturnix eggs in there, but I'm guessing one can pack more...If the "HOLES" are just right.

Ask me again when I'm sober

Actually looking at this, and look forward to testing the packaging!

While I readily admit I know nothing of paper or foam rubber molding, I do have the exspensive hobby of resin casting and I can tell you that just to make the mold to then later make a casting from costs a lot more than you would think.

What? This thread has been dormant for almost a month? We can't have that now, can we!

Since I have nothing of great import to post about my birds, but feel like saying hello, I figured I'd hunt this up and revive it.

My girls are laying up a storm. In fact, because I have had a lot of things going on lately, they've been laying more eggs than I can even keep up with! I must remember to boil up a pan or two of eggs for snacks, and maybe pickle a hundred or so...I know someone here who would appreciate a gallon jar full.

In all seriousness, due to a family medical emergency, I haven't been around much. This will be ongoing for some time. I did want to pop in briefly, though, to say hello.

Hi Rozzie!!!

I haven't update myself either! A friend and I split an order of 50 eggs. I ended up with 7 which came home and lived in my bathtub (aka brooder) for a while before they got too stinky and now they live outside with my other two quail. They are almost as big as the full grown ones, but eat A LOT and are very stinky! LOL!

I don't know if it has been slow here or not but I like dragging this thread out from under the bed once in a while.

By the way I have a Snapper that's about 9 years old 7 it has a MTD tag on it. No idea who makes them now.

MTD is the plant it was made at. There is one in Martin, TN. If your needing parts you could maybe give them a call. We found a man that runs a lawn mower repair business and he can fix anything and find any part. But he's a bit far away for you. Have you dont an internet search? Thats how I found the guy we use. That is if your looking for repairs or parts.

I'll have quail hatching around the 17th. Temps have been up and down but humidity has been good. So i'll find out soon what impact it had. I have Jumbo Browns.

Just about everything is MTD now. Well not much has happened, but I got a new rototiller. It's a rear tine troy-bilt. I'd say it's MTD but not sure... I got a new mower too, the snapper's had it so it's gonna pull the feed cart now. I got a little John Deere, just needs an air filter so I know what I'm doin.
