Sluggish Banty not acting him/her self

My little frizzle banty hasn't done much the last couple days. He usually is the most active but he hasn't done anything except get in and out of his coop for two days. He just sits there. His crop feels squishy. His poop is runny and all white. Does anybpdy know what might be wrong? Please help! (I have 4 red stars that are all fine.)

By the way they are about 12 weeks old.

He could have sour crop. If this was the case the crop would be some what full as far as I know. There's several things online about how to cure sour crop.

If that's not it then I don't know.

I do hope he gets better!

Ok. Now it seems like his feathers aren't fluffy anymore. It looks like someone pinched them individually. I saw him try to jump up on the roost and he coyldnt make it that high, I'm assuming because of the feathers. Also, his comb and wattle don't seem as red as they usually are. The comb also seems to be a little droopy. Any suggestions?!

Tonight he didn't even get in the nest box, which is only about a foot off the ground. He was at least getting in the box the last few nights.
