Does anyone know if I should be concerned with my pullets eating the Sluggo I put around my basil plants? I saw two of my chics in the garden and quickly got them away but wondering if this is a problem. The bottle reads safe around pets. Not sure if my peeps would actually it it or not.

If it says "safe around pets", then you have nothing to worry about....
Besides, Most chicks have a "don't eat sensor" and tend to stay away from things they should naturally not eat

I've been meaning to ask the same question! I use Sluggo a lot, but didn't want to harm my girls.
