SLW- early color in comb is it a boy? (pics)

I went and got three more "pullets" (2 EEs and 1 SLW) bc 2 of my chickens are roos. Now my SLW is getting color on her (his?) comb already at 3.5 weeks. None of my other chickens got color this early, not even my roos. So now I don't know if she is a he. Also, her tailfeathers are much more straight and "up" than all the other chicks I've raised so far. Opinions?
See her tail, how it sticks up compared to the others? (she is the black one in the middle)

I am REALLY hoping that early color in the combs is normal for this breed.

I've got a couple-month old GLW pullet, and she has no color in her comb!
I am almost positive you have a little cockerel

Can you take it back to the feedstore you got it at? If it was suposed to be a pullet, but was actually a cockerel, I think they will give you a refund....

Oh no... I am so disappointed. There is NO WAY my husband will let me get another chick and I already have 2 roos to figure out what to do with. Thank you for the advice though, I am not upset at all at the messengers

You are comparing your SLW to your other breeds, which may have different characteristics. I have (2) SLW and (2) GLW. One GLW's comb grew orange/ red at about 3 weeks, wattles and comb gradually have turned redder in the last two weeks whereas my pullets are yellow/orange. The pullets started growing tail feathers at about 2 weeks. The cockerel's tail feathers appeared a week after the pullets, and his legs are taller and rounder, plus he's been extremely vocal since 2 weeks of age.

Here is one more (sorry about the bad photo) that shows how short his tail feathers were at 3-1/2 weeks, plus his bright orange/red comb.

Here is a pic showing the difference in comb colors between my cockerel and pullet at 5-1/2 weeks.

I think its a good idea to give it a little more time just to be certain. I'm keeping my GLW until it crows or lays an egg, but I'm going to find a new home just in case I wake up some morning to his call. Its going to be tough whether I adopt him out now or wait just because I love him soooo much. I hope yours in a pullet, so you don't have to deal with the alternative.
