I vote poorly marked pullet. The cockerels usually show some solid black feathers by now and the comb/wattles don't look masculine to me.

Right, the breast isn't going to have proper lacing. But if you look through enough pictures on BYC, yours looks EXACTLY like many other hatchery-bred SLW pullets. I wouldn't be worried over the gender.
