Hi,
I have a 8.5 week silver laced Wyandotte bought as a pullet (hatchery bird) that I’m suspicious might be a roo. The comb began turning more red than the GLW I got at the same time around 4 weeks, and the lacing pattern is less even than the GLW. Plus all that wattle
this morning I noticed some iridescence on the tail feathers as well. Can anyone more experienced with wyandottes give me some insight on if this is indeed a rooster or just a different maturing hen?
