I heard that you could get blue laced from this cross. T/F?
What percentage of the hatch would be blue laced?

I know that the McMurray site says that. If you're looking for quality it's not a good idea.(I'm assuming you're talking about blue laced red) You can try the chicken calculator. Just google it. It should give the genetic possibilities. The gold laced give a very persistant brassiness as opposed to red that is very undesirable.
