Too cute! I have a broody silkie sitting on eggs. I am not even sure if they are fertile. Funny thing, I don't think she even laid an egg before she started setting. She is only about 8 mos old.
 
a pendulum is a method that psyhics use for scrying & other different things.
using for chickens hold the pendulum over the chick & if it goes in circles its a pullet if it goes back & forth its a cockeral.
a pendulum can be made from a ring tied to the end of a string.

i have decided that #4 chick is not from the buff orp but from this girl instead

she is a light sussex X shaver. & yes she really has red eyes.
the chick is growing way faster than the others & it came from a bigish brown egg & it doesn't look like any of the others
