Small Air Cells on Day 16- What do I do?

I candled my eggs today and majority of them had small air cells. I don’t know what I’ve been doing wrong. My humidity is always between 40-45%. My Marans lay thicker eggs which all have a smaller air cell. Should I drop the humidity to 30% until lockdown? This is my first time hatching chicks

them aint small .. dime size would be small .. put them back in the bator and quit playing with them lol .. candle time is over till after d-day ..

Those don’t look to bad. You could drop the humidity down a little to have them grow but keep in mind at hatch time they will drop forward quit a bit
