Small Air sacs Day 17 - help please what to do!

Don't change a thing. The air cells will probably drop during hatch and let in more air. Don't do a safety hole unless they have been internally pipped for over 24 hours, you risk shrinkwrapping if you make them too early. There isn't anything you can do at this point anyway. If your air cells looked day 7 then that would be worrisome, but only looking off by a few days is nothing to worry about IMO. Just cross your fingers and sit on your hands. ;)
I'm having a similar problem...checked air sacs at day 15 and they looked the size of day 7 air sacs, maybe a little bigger than day 7. I've put a dehumidifier next to incubator and put a bag of rice inside until lockdown and plan on waiting til day 19 til lockdown. Everything else in the egg looks as it should. Do you think this will work?

Can you post candling pics? I don't know for sure if that will work. Do you have a calibrated hygrometer in your incubator that you're getting readings from?
Also, don't wait until day 19 to lockdown. It needs to be done on or before day 18. They really need that extra humidity to start softening the shell at that stage, and they need to get into position to pip, which the turning will mess them up and disorient them.
Delaying lockdown is never a good idea.

I do have hygrometer and I'll get some pics in a sec. Unfortunately, I think I was given bad advice and kept humidity at 50% during day until recently.

Ok! Good.
Oh...yeah. That is too high, imo.

So, what do you think their chances are? The reason I was trying the rice and dehumidifier and delaying lockdown was because someone suggested that.
I think they'll be ok. Just watch them during hatching.
The dehumidifier and rice are ok to try, but delaying lockdown is not imo.

Thanks! I was losing hope! Next go round I'll def use lower humidity day 1 through 18.
