i am going to start hatching eggs in the future, and i am going to make an incubator out of a styrofoam cooler. does anybody know of any small automatic egg turners? i want to use one, but every one i find is too big, with too many slots. ill only be hatching a few eggs at a time, and want a small turner.

thanks

You could cut few rows off I suppose

not very big, maybe somewhere between 5-15 eggs. I don't know measurement wise, considering I don't have the cooler yet.

Likely if you did find a small turner. . It probably wouldn't be cheaper...
Might as well get the standard 42 egg turner. ..
Just get a cooler to fit that..

IncuTurn egg turner from incubatorwarehouse. com. I have one in my hova-bator. It rolls the eggs and can be left in place during hatching, just thin plastic.
It's $40, which seems like a lot but the motor itself is $35.
Needs about a 16 inch square to operate. I imagine could be modified, cut in half, new hole and motor arm connection moved, would fit in a 8"x16" and I figure still turn 15 eggs, maybe 19.Could be shortened on length also.
