Small black spots on chickens feet

Has anyone seen or dealt with this in their flock? 2 of my girls have it. About 4.5 months old. Acting normal but I dont want the spots to spread. Thanks in advance!

Those look like injuries or peck wounds. Is there anything pinpointy and sharp or thorny they can get into?

They free roam and there is thorny bushes on our property. Do you think they'll heal on its own?

Possibly. If they get infected they could cause a bumble, but those are relatively easy to fix issues too.
