Small bugs in compost bin?

Hi again I was cleaning out my coop today and in the compost bin where I put all the bedding and poop and such when I'm cleaning is FILLED with tiny bugs. I found one in the coop but it may have jumped from the bin into there. I included a photo of the little critters in hopes that someone might know what they are. They are about an eighth of the size of a dime.

Could be some form of a sow bug. Bugs working the compost is normal, especially in cold composting.
