Small chicken compared to others

Hey everybody, take a look at this chicken and tell me why it's so much smaller than the rest of them. It's been this way for about 3 or 4 weeks now, maybe even longer. When the rest began to grow feathers and continue growing, this one just seemed to stop suddenly. Been the same size since. It's normal every other way, eats and drinks fine but it is really light when held. You can see the other chickens it's age are much larger. It can be seen walked under the larger two in the third pic. It's a plymouth rock and not supposed to be this size

Where did you get them? Could she be a bantam?

As far as I'm aware, the person I got the eggs from had only large breeds of chickens.

Well, it's worth asking. She seems normal, except that she is small.
