Small chicks, is something wrong?

I got 15 chi ks about two weeks ago. Noe two weeks old, i have them all alive and healthy. But two of my chicks, an appenzaller and a polish, are way smaller. I was wondering, is it the breed or something wrong? They are both small breeds, so please respond?

Appenzellers and polishes aren't as big as dual purpose hens, they're a little bigger than bantam
