Small cut on back of the neck.

Hello all,

One of my 6 week old chicks has a small hole/cut on the back of the neck we don't know what or when it happened it seems to have stopped bleeding. I don't with what or if I should be cleaning it? Any help would be appreciated,thank you in advance.

I would separate it from the others if you see it could be from being pecked.
You can treat with plain neosporin (not the one with pain relief in it (lethal).
If you do see it getting pecked, they will keep doing it, so separation is the best thing.
