One of my chickens laid an egg that was very small it was only half the size of a bantam egg we have only one chicken that is currently laying and she lays huge eggs but only once every few days. We have four bantams but we have found any eggs that size again this was two or so weeks ago and the bantams havent laid again as theyre still a little underage to do so? So was it just an oops from the older hen or should i be concerned about the bantams?

Probably out of the older hens. Occasionally a bit of oviduct lining breaks off and it's treated like an egg. Those tiny eggs usually contain no actual yolk. They are mostly seen at the start of the season and near the end of it, which we are now in. They are usually nothing to worry about.
