Feedback Small login page suggestion

When I'm trying to log in, especially on mobile, the newsletter sign up pop-up interferes with entering my information. Particularly so for entering 2FA codes, as those are always a scramble to get in time anyway - the extra few seconds it takes to clear the pop up means I have to get another code sometimes. Is there any way that the newsletter suggestion could be disabled only on the login/authentication page? It's not a critical issue, but given 2FA forces sign-in once a month, it is something that does come up fairly frequently.

As another suggestion on top of this, the dialog should be made dismissable by pressing the "escape" key on desktop PCs. A lot of sites that I've been on that have similar dialog boxes have that as a ability.
