I have 6 Buff Orphingtons that are about 3 months old.

Yesterday I noticed all the sudden one is much smaller than the rest. Picked her up and she has hardly any meat on her bones.

She is withdrawn, seems cold (even though it was warm), and is having trouble opening her left eye. Also she seems a bit slouchy.... no neck, like she is tucking her head into her body.

She's been drinking with the others, but doesn't go to the feeder with them. She was eating a little when I separated her, but not the normal pecking about.

Completely normal poops.

They live in a coop with a fenced area around it and go in and out as they please.

She's back with the flock for the moment, mainly since I don't have a safe separate place to put her at the moment. I feel awful, since I'm not sure if she's sick and I should be doing something for her or if she's just the runt of the group. Thoughts?

TIA!

I forgot to add... do could it be a bug bite or a poke to her eye that then caused her not to eat as much, thus everything else? I'm new to chickens, so I don't know much about their behaviors.

I would worm her right away! She may have internal worms. Sorry I don't have good instructions but I know there are people on here that should answer your questions.
