Small pet/rodent thread! Mice, rats, hamsters, gerbils, etc!

I used to have two mice (gerbils) and now we have two guinea pigs. Had guinea pigs for years now. The mice were cute, they were brothers so they did not have babies. We let them run around the bathroom all day. They knew to jump back into their cage at night, they were actually pretty smart. Eventually, they died of old age.
Our guineas are the cutes critters in the world. They have their own room. They live and a huge CC cage with soft blankets. They are spoiled. They like to talk to you and eat treats out of your hands. When I open the fridge in the kitchen, they know the sound and start squeaking. They also like to sit on a cat/dog pillow and watch TV with us.
I take them outside when I am working in the garden so I can supervise them. They can not be together with the chickens, they like to pick at them. Guinea pigs are actually good starter pets. I have had guinea pigs for years. I also would have guinea pigs in my first and second-grade classrooms for the kids. They are easy to take care of and with some love, they like to be held and played with. Just one thing to remember is that you can not have one guinea pig, you will always need two. Therefore, you should make sure to either get two girls or two boys, or else.... Sex is very easy to tell.

Ello! I breed rats and mice and I love my ratties (the mice not so much)... I have a buck that just turned one and he is becoming one grumpy old man lol. My favorite girl, Kevin, is about to be a year and she is starting to not play as much which is sad but she is the sweetest thing still. I have a hamster as well but he is a little skittish, though he does love shoulder rides!

Oops the chicken was a mistake😂

Chookin' is best rodent, totally. :p

I have two piggy bois, Percy and Pedro who are rescues. They are both my sweet little babus who I adore and spoil with lots of cuddles, pets and tasty fresh vegetables... And the occasional chopped fruit too. :)

We have two little girl Piggies ~ Shirly (Black) and her sister Temple (Grey/White) 🥰

We've had them a few months now and absolutely adore them. They generally live outdoors in their make-shift enclosure, but with temperatures rising and hitting 37°C (99°F) we've made them a temporary indoor bin which I want to build on to with more "rooms" etc.

Yes, I know it is "too small", but as I said for now its temporary as it is just too hot outside and they sprawl out looking cooked even in the shade. I may add another room over the next week for extra space ☺

This is a thread for small pet/rodent owners! All small pets welcome as long as they are loosely in the rodent category. I was at a friend's house today and fell in love with their mice. I am now considering getting some (not now but in the future) and am doing research. Has anyone ever had mice/have mice? Any care suggestions or tips?
Hello! I'm a bit late, but I wanted to show off my hedgehog, haha!
His name is Caspian (because I'm tired of every hedgehog I've ever met being named sonic 🤣 and because I wanted a nice woodland type vibe to his name.) and he's just turned a year old! He's finally decided to pursue his dreams of becoming a model, and im very proud.
