Small pipping but won't do anything

Here are some pics of the one I did. It had pipped below the air cell towards the pointy end.

It was the one in the back.

Thank you so much!!! I found out one died at early stage of life. but the other one is living and moving around so I left it alone to finish its business and plus I had another chick hatch today!!! Thank you again!!
