Small silky bantam chick

Can someone advise me, we was given a small silky bantams which seemed to be not growing one of my other bantan keeps picking on it we are going to take that one out but the chick don't seem to be eating any help as new at this and we have fell in love with her

Bantams take forever to grow mine are 8mths and seem like it took forever for them to get as big/tiny as they are my bantam Itty-bitty sitting next to golden sexlink sister Carmel they were hatched 1day apart
