Small white dots on silkie comb

I’ve looked everywhere to see what this might be but have yet to find any answers. No other symptoms other than these small white dots. I’ve seen photos of fowlpox but these dots seem too small? All my chickens free range. She’s about a year old now. What is this? Picture here:

Not fowl pox. Looks more like fungal. Look @ these sites. Coconut oil with lavendar oil mixed in and applied (is my personal recomendation if you want a natural solution, or even a baking soda paste applied daily followed by an antifungal like the coconut oil mixture). Photo is blurry though so really hard to tell exactly.

It looks like Favus. Apply miconazole cream to the area until it's gone. Wear disposable gloves when applying the cream. It is contagious.
